Good Hotel with a Central Location

The hotel's location is very central. It made access to waterfront walks easy. Parking was convenient across the road for $55 overnight with hotel validation. The rooftop bar looked appealing and I wish I had more time to visit it.
My room faced multiple freeways. The traffic noise persisted all night and disturbed my sleep. Elevators were quite far from my room and inconvenient. I also had to pay a surcharge on my Amex card.

i loved the views of darling harbour from my king room darling harbour view! the rooftop bar, zephyr, was a real highlight, offering fine harbor views! the staff were professional and. walking to the city for shopping was super easy.
The noise from nearby rooms was noticeable. I could hear sounds from the neighboring room at times! this made it a bit difficult to fully relax and enjoy the quiet! i hope they can address this with better soundproofing.

my room featured a king bed, a nice couch, and ample wardrobe space. the bathroom had a modern design and a large size! ice and water machines located in the hallway provide extra convenience .

harbour balcony fantastic location
i loved that they upgraded my room! it came with a balcony overlooking the harbour and it was amazing. the staff was kind throughout my stay. the location is fantastic since darling harbour is right there!
public transport is a bit of a walk away so be prepared for that. i found this inconvenient, especially after a long day.

harbour views for days!
great location cheap parking
The location near darling harbour is totally awesome! walking to restaurants and shops was super easy. parking across the street only cost $55 overnight after validation. That's a steal!
My king room wasn't vacuumed. It was a bummer. i had to ask someone to come and clean up! also, the wine glasses and teacups weren't cleaned for use on our second day.

the venue is in a super central spot near darling harbour, so getting around is really straightforward. i walked to the waterfront, restaurants, pyrmont bridge, barangaroo, and the star casino, all within 15 minutes. uber is an option, but walking is easier!

my king room was recently updated and pretty spacious! the bed was comfy with soft pillows. the bathroom was really clean, and it had all the basics. good water pressure in the shower, which i always appreciate.

Breakfast had a wide choice, with tons of fresh fruit and pastries. they even provide sparkling wine! the staff took my coffee order as i was escorted to my table. the sky bar has gorgeous views of the marina and is trendy. It's awesome for people watching.

a nice experience!!!
professional staff perfect view really good bar
I found the staff were professional and accommodating. everyone seemed genuinely happy and kind, made a huge difference. the view from my room was exactly what i was hoping for. It was perfect. the bar on level 12 has an really good view. It is a perfect spot for a drink!!!
the bathroom felt a little bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience.
